Shipping policy

To protect product quality , we ship our perishable products Monday -Wednesday to avoid uncertain holding conditions present with local carriers. Any food item ordered after 9 am on Mondays EST will be produced and shipped the following Monday. Handmade apparel and accessories require patience. If ordered with food products and production time differs, they may be shipped separately to preserve freshness of baked goods. 

All products are shipped according to queue for production and availability. All shipped orders are sent with a tracking number for your convenience. Customer is responsible for accepting marketing emails to receive automated order status alerts.  

Please be certain your shipping address is accurate as we are not responsible for unrecognized shipping destinations as deemed by your local carrier.

Please be mindful of expectations as we are always striving to satisfy our customers and can only do what we have access to do as a small business.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that are a potential violation of fair treatment and just plain ol' good manners.
